As stated before, the micropayment method is the ideal way to pay for small amount of money such as an Internet purchase. It is both safe for the retailer and the customer and that is why it’s being used more and more today.

There are two different possibilities to let your customer pay for the desired product or service: through sms messages or by calling a service number. The XSG Communication platform and our mobile applications allow XSGranted to support both methods of billing your customer.

The simplest method is of course paying through sms messaging. The customer sends an sms message to a shortcode, receives a confirmation of the transaction and is able to obtain the product or service desired. XSGranted will ensure that the product or service desired by the customer can only be obtained when they customer has actually paid. A customer will never be able to use a top up card that has too little or no credits at all to obtain the service or product desired. We always check in advance if the customer has enough credits for you to bill the customer, the retailer never has to worry about customer getting products or services without having paid for them.
