XSG Communication Platform

The XSG Communication platform is an all enclosed platform for regular phone lines and VOIP services. The platform is built on the basses of artificial intelligence (AI) so that it can think for itself. All sorts of services offered by companies can all be integrated in this single platform, which will make a telephone exchange obsolete.

Additional software and / or services are from now on a thing of the past. Things like call centre applications, IVR modules, name address and postal code enrichment, postal code routing, input modules, payment modules, Incoming Call Recognition (e.g. VIP routing), real-time management reports, spam applications and lots more, are all standard and applicable in the XSG Communication platform.

The platform is easy to operate and to manage by you, our client, through the manager module. This enables companies to apply and activate anything the customer might need even outside office hours.
